1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across all regions of Nepal, including:

• Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur)

• Major Cities (Pokhara, Biratnagar, Birgunj, etc.)

• Remote Areas (delivery times may vary)

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard Processing Time:

• Kathmandu Valley: 1-2 business days

• Other Major Cities: 2-5 business days

• Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Note: Delivery begins after order confirmation & payment clearance.

3. Shipping Fees

• Free Delivery: Orders above NPR 2,000

• Standard Fee: NPR 150 (for orders below NPR 2,000)

• Remote Areas: Additional NPR 100-200 (varies by location)

4. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM NST are processed the same day.

• Orders after 2 PM or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

• You will receive SMS/email updates at every stage.

5. Delivery Procedure

1. Our delivery agent will call/SMS before arrival.

2. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

3. If delivery fails, 2 more attempts will be made before return.

6. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be canceled/returned if:

• Incorrect/incomplete address is provided.

• Recipient is unavailable after 3 attempts.

• Area is inaccessible (strikes, natural disasters).
